Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request initiated within 15 days of delivery date
  • Item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Safety Toe Work Boots & Shoes – Once the safety components have been potentially compromised, we cannot ensure their protective integrity
  • Insulated Boots – Specialized insulation materials require specific handling that prevents resale
  • Tactical & Combat Boots – Due to their specialized nature and potential use in critical situations
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging

Return Process Step-by-Step

  1. Initiate Your Return Request
    Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template below or email us directly.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 24 hours during business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Use the provided shipping label or ship using a trackable method to our return address. We recommend insuring your return package.
  5. Processing & Refund
    Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
